Stakeholder engagement
Our stakeholders are employees, customers, suppliers, investors, organizations, and other entities that can affect or be affected by our activities and products. Maintaining an open dialog with our stakeholders is essential to understand their interests and expectations. Each site conducts specific actions depending on its activity, size, location and culture, and all ST sites have regular exchanges with major local stakeholders, such as local authorities, schools and universities. To discover more about their perception and relations with ST, the auditor interviewed three stakeholders (education partner, training consultant, material supplier) during the verification process of this report.
